This company was orginally incorporated in the above name on 18th Feburary 1986 under small-scale industries scheme. This Company was started with the help of Prime Minister's Loan Hving duly passed the necessary resolution and obtained then approval of State Governmanet. The company had its second RC on 27 September 2004 for its Branch.
